- To complete the registration, you will need your 8 digit CUSTOMER number and 8 digit ACCOUNT number. Both numbers can be found on the top right corner of your water/sewer bill as well as on the remittance slip.
- Please have a copy of your bill handy to complete the registration.
- If you are a new customer, you will need to wait until your initial bill is generated before registering for online account access. Depending on your account's billing cycle, this may take up to 60 days.
